This is a non-invasive imaging technique which maps the surface of the eye, or the cornea. The cornea is normally responsible for some 70 per cent of the eye’s refractive power.
Photo therapy is used in conjunction with other tests during refractive consultation to determine the best possible course of treatment for the patient.
